Damages or ineffective items can of course be returned or exchanged.

Please email returns@wanderscarf.com with a photo of your damaged or ineffective item within 48 hours of purchase to receive instructions on your return or exchange.

Sale items or any products purchased using a discount code are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you require a return or exchange please email returns@wanderscarf.com within two weeks of receiving your item. Once we receive and approve your returned item refunds will be processed within 3-5 days.

We are not a fast fashion brand and factor the environment into all of our business decision making. We do not perpetuate the cycle of reverse logistic consumption.
